These agreements are the foundation of the work.

They are not aspirational ideals. They are lived commitments.

 Our agreements

Note: Additional participation terms (including a clearly defined sober space, attendance notifications, and refund policy) are included in the signed participation agreement shared at enrollment.

  • We do not hurt, criticize, confront, or shame. There is no breaking here. No tearing down. Truth emerges through safety, not pressure.

  • What you share is honored and held in confidence. Nothing shared in this space is repeated elsewhere without your explicit consent. Your inner life is treated as a sacred trust.

  • You are not broken, lacking, or in need of fixing. We begin from the understanding that you already have everything you need. Our role is not to improve you, but to help what is already true come forward.

  • You do not need to be rescued. No one here is above you. We are not saviors, experts over your life, or authorities on your truth. We are here to support your self contact and self trust.

  • Our intention is simple: to put wind in your sails. To help you become more like yourself, with less effort and less self interference.

  • We are human and imperfect. If something lands wrong, feels uncomfortable, or interferes with safety, we commit to slow down, reflect, adjust, and honor what is named.

  • Your experience matters. Discomfort, hesitation, or concern are not problems to push through. They are signals we listen to together.

  • Your participation is always by choice. You are never required to share, process, or engage beyond what feels right for your system. Silence, slowness, and not knowing are all welcome here.

  • Presence is part of the agreement. To be here is to be here with us. This is not a space for multitasking. We ask that you arrive with the time, attention, and care to be present.

  • Your presence helps shape the container. Attention, care, and engagement strengthen the field and signal care and commitment to others. Persistent distraction can signal to others disconnection or withdrawal, and we name that because the relational impact matters.

  • We ask that you bring your energy into the space. Not effort or performance, but sincere participation. The depth of the work is co created.

  • We recognize that life sometimes interferes. Exigencies happen, and we meet them with understanding. At the same time, this is a process, not a drop in experience. Your presence matters to everyone in the room.

  • If you choose to join us, your presence is part of the collective investment. Not feeling like coming, pulling back, or disengaging affects the group, just as your presence strengthens it. You matter here.

  • Resistance is often meaningful. We have heard countless times: “I didn’t want to come today, and it became the most powerful session.” Aversion and reluctance frequently signal the edge of a breakthrough. We invite you to notice that moment and stay with it when you can.

These agreements apply to everyone, including the facilitator. Especially the facilitator.
