Hi all, Olivia here.

We call it the “Mountain Experience facelift”. We should take before and after pictures of the participants to illustrate the growth that takes place over this weekend. I sat in the front of the room for the first time and got to witness it in a new way. I saw how people entered on Thursday with their usual walls, burdens, and tension. Within four days they were transformed.

The context of safety allowed peoples’ true essence to emerge. Loads lightened, hearts opened, faces brightened, pain lifted. We left connected, deeply grateful, and in awe of our own capability to heal.

Most personal growth workshops tell you of the possibility of healing but leave you on your own to figure out how. If you want step-by-step instruction on letting go of pain and how to wipe the slate and begin again, join us for the next Mountain Experience.

Don’t just take my word for it. Read testimonials from participants from the Mountain Experience this past weekend in Los Angeles.

The Mountain Experience weekend reminded me how important it is to look at life through a different lens… My favorite part was the experience of work in trios. The three of us developed a close bond, delving way beneath the surface of life…  -K.W.

I enjoyed seeing people open and lighter, releasing the baggage that seemed to be weighing them down…I accessed some memories and feelings I had long forgotten but were still with me in some capacity, and the noticing of them helped me process and release them. –S.M.

I’m so excited to move forward with the tools that are necessary to take from this life all that is has to offer. I’m walking away with beautiful relationships and unconditional love for myself. –M.M.

This experience gave me the sanctuary I needed to realize I have a ton of baggage. It has allowed me to take down one piece of that wall. I’m going to try and live more from my source, to stop overthinking things, and when I’m ready, to let more pain go. –N.A.

I found my beauty, I shed my deep rooted anger around my chronic co-dependency, I learned that I’ve lived my whole life from “I need” and covert exchanges, and I’m done living that way. From now on I will love, overflow with gratitude, connect authentically, and hold space for all people. –I.S.

I’m leaving the Mountain Experience with the support and the tools to live my life for me. I have realized that despite my beliefs, I have the emotional and mental capacity to tap into myself in a way I never knew was possible for me. I am ready to integrate this into my marriage and daily life. –J.R.

I have a new freedom to be open, vulnerable, and connected. I have new friends that we have deep vulnerable connection and authenticity together. This experience found old wounds and traumas I’ve been carrying my whole life and now I’m FREE to make new choices… Such gratitude to this weekends classmates and Kyle. –T.R.

Loved the weekend! Key takeaway: I want inquiry in my life so I can continue to shape my life into what I want it to be. I will use this in everything. –B.R.
